Industrial Maintenance Service (IMS) is a highly diversified heavy / general construction company which provides professional, technical, and construction services to production facilities, municipalities, government agencies, and private industry. IMS employees and management approach all projects with a “can do” attitude, and are dedicated to ensure that services are delivered with the utmost integrity and honesty, resulting in highly satisfied customers.

Being  a general contractor, we have experience in many different types of construction projects such as building renovations, restorations, demolition, new construction, industrial construction / millwrighting / piping, and structural steel erection. From these and other projects over the course of their careers, our employees have gained a vast and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

Industrial Maintenance Service has and provides the manpower, equipment, and other resources to self perform many of the tasks required on our construction projects. However, as is the case with most general contractors, we hire subcontractors to perform some of the specialty trades required on a project. If we do not have the required resources or experience to self perform a specific task, we solicit subcontractors who have the required experience. We select our subcontractors based on experience and value provided to our customer.    Many of our past projects have required the use of several different specialty trade subcontractors in conjunction with our own self performance. We assure you that we use the most qualified personnel to complete the project in the most time and cost effective manner.
