Description

This project included providing materials, equipment and labor to construct the new 6,100 SF addition to serve as a pharmacy, laundry mat, retail area and pharmacy retail area.  The new addition was constructed on the East side of the existing convenience store and also included future build-out space for a coffee shop.  Drive thru access for the pharmacy and future coffee shop were also constructed along with a masonry exterior sitting area.  Work included layout, excavation, site work, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, framing, roofing, electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and all interior/exterior finishes.

Riverside Ford Renovation – Completed October 2014

Description

The scope of work that was performed for this project was based on the renovation and expansion of the former Holiday Bowl in Escanaba, MI. The Construction of this project consisted of asbestos & lead abatement, demolition of foundations, walls, ceilings, flooring, and windows. Project also included construction of front building addition, engineering, concrete foundations, drywells, CMU block, structural steel, newly configured walls, parapet wall framing, interior treatments, casework, doors, frames, hardware, Commercial Overhead Garage Doors, windows, ACM metal panels, EPDM roofing, Thermal Insulation, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical throughout the reconfigured building to meet the stringent GM Brand requirements. All site demolition and exterior improvements to include concrete, HMA Parking lot surfacing and landscaping.

Riverside Chevrolet Facility Improvements – Completed November 2011

Description

The scope of work that was performed for this project was based on the renovation and expansion of the former Bero Motors in Escanaba, MI. The Construction of this project consisted of asbestos abatement, contaminated soil remediation, demolition of foundations, walls, car port, ceilings, flooring, windows, and reconfigure existing mezzanine. Project also included construction of two additions, engineering, concrete foundations, drywells, CMU block, structural steel, newly configured walls, parapet wall framing, interior treatments, casework, doors, frames, hardware, Commercial Overhead Garage Doors, windows, ACM metal panels, EPDM roofing, Thermal Insulation, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical throughout the reconfigured building to meet the stringent GM Brand requirements.

 

St. Vincent De Paul – Gladstone, MI

Addition to St. Vincent De Paul Building – Completed October 2011

Description

Project included construction of an addition to the existing structure. The addition was a main level and basement to match their existing building constructed of concrete foundations, masonry walls, steel beams and columns, steel bar joists with concrete floor system, and steel bar joist roof system (building: 28′ wide x 138′-4″ long x 16′ tall).

Description

The project consisted of complete interior demolition and renovation including: vinyl tile, carpet and ceramic tile flooring; interior walls and acoustical ceilings; interior moveable partitions; mechanical and electrical systems; custom millwork and countertops, interior and exterior doors, frames and hardware.  Project also consisted complete exterior renovation including EIFS system to exterior walls; exterior illuminated signage.
