Housing Unit K Roof Replacement – Completed June 2016



Project consisted of the removal and replacement of existing standing seam metal roofing and sheathing. Project also included reinforcing existing trusses, extending roof over two entrances, and placement of new concrete walk ways at exterior of buildings. All the construction took place while the building was occupied and in full use.

Construct Nursing Simulation Lab – Completed July 2012


Prior to the start of demolition, installation of construction barriers, and protection of surrounding finishes were completed to allow daily activities within the facility to continue with minimal disturbance. Follow on work consisted of demolition of existing ceilings, walls and flooring. New construction consisted of installation of partition walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, casework, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and communications work to construct the nursing simulation lab within the nursing classroom.

Renovated Warehouse Crew Cutters Building


Project consisted of construction of a new 2,304 square foot unheated wood frame, five stall garage on a concrete slab to store five government vehicles. Construction of one new 2,128 sq ft prefabricated crew quarters building with six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a double kitchen. Work included foundation, site grading, landscaping, site lighting, asphalt paving, utilities and all exterior and interior finishes with ADA accessibility. Renovation of five existing garages, work included demo, new siding, roofing, soffits, garage doors, service doors, insulation, drywall, mechanical and electrical. Site Work included site clearing, new parking lot, road ways, paving, Landscaping, retention area, site utilities and signage

Town of Grand Lakes Minnesota – Twig, MN

Project consisted of renovation of existing 4,640 SF facility and a 3,200 SF building addition including all site work, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Septic upgrades.

 USDA Forest Service – Watersmeet, MI

C & M Building and Administration Site – Completed October 2010


NEW SITE: We took the existing USFS nursery site added all New site utilities. These utilities consisted of new city water, electrical, and a new septic system. We also added a new paved road the facility. The building itself is a 3440 square foot pre-engineered steel building with 484 square feet of office space & bath room in the building; Constructed on a thickened edge concrete slab on grade. The area around the new building is a gravel surfaced parking/driveway. During the construction we had to relocate a large Rock Monument.

OLD SITE DEMO/REHAB: After the construction of the new C&M shop and site work was completed and the Forest Service had moved all their equipment to the new site. We had to convert the old site to a tree nursery. This included demolishing of 4 existing buildings complete with foundations removed to 12” below existing grade), removing a modular building with pier footings, asbestos abatement of existing buildings, moving an existing steel gate, removing a oil/water separator tank & contents, crushing existing septic tanks, removing a hose drying rack, and finally removing misc foundations from old equipment throughout the site. After the demolition was complete we added a new split rail fence, constructed a new road through the site, added a boulder barrier on an existing driveway, added a new drainage swale, tilled the site, and finally seeded / mulched the entire disturbed area.

Replacement of (4) Crew Quarters Buildings at various sites – Completed September 2010


Project consisted of foundations, site grading, sidewalks, landscaping, wood decking, parking lots, geotechnical investigation, utility connections and the demolition of one existing structure for the placement of (4) modular homes on new foundations.
