Replace HVAC Surgery

The scope of work for this project was to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other items necessary for new AHU, exhaust and chillers on the 2nd floor of Building 1 of the medical center. New construction consisted of new HVAC mechanical work including supply and return duct-work, laminar diffusers, chiller, pumps, piping, controls, and Testing/Balancing; removal and replacement of windows, designated ceiling systems, electrical wiring and fixtures within the surgical suites and throughout surgical wing. This project included demolition and replacement of hard surfaced ceilings and surgical lighting construction of new endoscopy and sterile supply within surgical wing. IMS also installed 2 new AHUs to provide heating & cooling of emergency exam area and pharmacy, which consisted of temporary protection ceiling & duct-work replacement. This project consisted of extensive coordination and scheduling due to very strict time frames, work was completed in 5 phases.
