Project was performed as required by Architect-Engineer (A-E) designed drawings and specifications. The scope of work included renovating several rooms in multiple locations for installation of Siemens radiation equipment. This included architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing changes to the rooms. The radiation equipment also required lead lining and structural reinforcement of existing construction to accept the new equipment. Close coordination between local sites, the regional VISN, and the Siemens equipment installer for crucial for a smooth transition and turn over to the owner.
