Renovate Building 1-1st Floor for OT/PT and Prosthetics

This project included demolition, new construction, plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), sprinklers/fire protection, electrical (lighting, power, systems, etc.), asbestos abatement, masonry work, structural work, roofing and other work as required by the contract documents. This project renovated existing space that was formerly used for laboratory and swing space into space for physical therapy, occupational therapy and prosthetics services and other functions to support the program.
