Physical Therapy/Rehab Addition, Nursing Unit Addition and Suite Remodel

Provide materials, equipment and labor to construct a new 11,800 SF Physical Therapy and Nursing Unit addition. The new building addition was constructed on the South East side of the existing nursing home. Work included layout, excavation, site work selective demolition concrete, masonry, framing and all interior/exterior finishes. Project also included a remodel of two existing room suites within the existing building.
