Work included demolition of existing walls, ceiling, floors, electrical and mechanical systems. New construction consisted of high impact resistant walls, plastered acoustical ceilings, new resilient flooring, anti-ligature hardware and casework, new electrical and HVAC systems including anti-ligature security cameras throughout 2 phased renovations.
