Total demolition and abatement of former ICU space on Building 58, 5th floor and conversion to new Endoscopy Suite. Work included general construction, alterations, demolition, asbestos abatement, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures, roofing, and construction of certain other items.
