Replace Building 2 HVAC 4

Installed a new roof mounted air handing unit (AHU) on new structural supports attached to the existing main structure, while existing unit remained in operation. Demo of existing unit took place following confirmation of the new system operation. Existing mechanical space was converted to general storage and new sprinklers added. Other work complementing the new AHU included: ceiling removal and replacement, including lights and other devices, new roof access, distribution ductwork modifications, new variable air volume (VAV) boxes with hot water reheat, perimeter radiation, a new heating water system, limited exterior wall modifications, and chilled water piping replacement.
