Renovate and Expand Endoscopy

This project consisted of the renovation of 14,000 sq ft of space located on the 2nd floor at Wade Park to enhance delivery of endoscopy specialty care through updated infrastructure and finishes. All renovated areas received new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural systems. This was a multi-phased project that provided a renovation of the existing endoscopy (4,215 sq ft) and renovation of the existing Hemo Dialysis and Temporary PACU. This will allow the facility to utilize 3 existing ORs for endoscopy procedures and three additional procedure rooms for a total of six. Existing PACU recovery area was lightly renovated and will be used for the same function.
