Upgrade Elevators, Building 4

The St. Cloud VA Health Care System (VAHCS) identified a need and obtained the necessary funding to award a contract to upgrade the elevators, for Building 4. The scope of this project included upgrading two of the elevators in Building 4 and specific trade work including but not limited to abatement, demo, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and finishes.
