Upgrade CLC Patient Rooms

This project included renovation 18 existing patient rooms and adjoining restrooms to reflect the new patient rooms adjacent to the ongoing Community Living Center project. In addition, this project included the renovation of 11 restrooms adjacent to the patient rooms. Work includes architectural, structural, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other aspects of construction as required by specifications and drawings. All work took place in a working nursing care area phased for two to four rooms at a time.
