Remodel Building 1 Front Entrance

The project consists of site work, electrical work, roads repair, sidewalk replacement, grading, drainage, painting, aluminum storefront, new canopy system, new revolving door, and necessary removal of existing construction. Work included constructing a new canopy with LED lighting, gutter system connected to existing storm drainage and illuminated signage. Removing and replacing the existing aluminum storefront system with new material, one door with an auto operator and a second egress only door. Removing and replacing the revolving door with a new revolving door. Removing and replacing a portion of the sidewalk to regrade and install a new bollard system. Removal of an existing gas storage tank and new electric receptacles in the landscape island. Replacement of lighting, painting throughout the existing overhang, and painting of the new curb.
