Construct Clinical Research Wings 3Q

This project consisted of the demolition and full renovation of existing 11,600sqft hospital wing 3Q on the Minneapolis VAHCS campus. Project included demolition of existing AHU and installation of a new AHU, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-suppression systems demolition and installation in new spaces and interstitial area. Construction of a new gait lab with force plates and raised floor system, exam rooms, lab room, break room, restrooms, closets, and offices. Installation of a new patient lift, new flooring, ceilings, finishes, casework, doors/windows, automatic door operators, framing, walls and other miscellaneous items per construction drawings and specifications.
