Unit 1 & 2 Pellet Plant Annual Major Repairs and Unit 2, 3 & 4 Major

Removed and replace (64) eight ton grate chains and castings on Allis-Chalmers grate; inspected/repaired/replaced grate roller bearings, wheels and shafts; performed miscellaneous repairs to dust collection systems; installed new grate roof system; installed new refractory; replace process air duct expansion joints; replaced ball mill trunnions and bearing housings, liners and drive components; repaired vibratory feeder wear surfaces; repaired/replaced belt conveyor components; weld repaired balling mill tire defect; pellet cooler mechanical repairs; pellet cooler hot zone steel replacement; miscellaneous balling mill repairs.
