Synthetic Gypsum Handling System

Installation of equipment for feeding and metering of synthetic gypsum which feed 2 existing finish mill circuit feed belts including: excavation for foundations & dewatering; supply and construction of electrical grounding system for new equipment; reinforced concrete foundations, slabs including all anchor bolts and embeds; construction of above ground concrete piers, curbs, walls, equipment pads & topping slabs. All structural steel including columns, beams, bracing, staircases, grating, checkered plate, rails; all insulated metal wall panels, doors & flashing; extension of 2 existing finish mill feed belt conveyors; installation of Samson feeders, weigh feeders, chute work and all associated drive components.
