Gladstone Armory Renovations

Project consisted of remodeling and renovation of the kitchen; Women’s shower and toilet facilities addition; remodeling of existing women’s toilet room into an accessible family restroom; remodeling of office spaces; addition of HVAC systems; remodeling of Personal Equipment Storage Space; modification of and increasing the size of unit supply area by remodeling one existing vehicle maintenance area; adding a training and fitness center into the existing rifle range; and remodeling existing electrical and plumbing to accommodate the improvements.
