Baldwin Administrative Site Phase I

Project consisted of construction of a new 2,304 square foot unheated wood frame, five stall garage on a concrete slab to store five government vehicles. Construction of one new 2,128 sq ft prefabricated crew quarters building with six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a double kitchen. Work included foundation, site grading, landscaping, site lighting, asphalt paving, utilities and all exterior and interior finishes with ADA accessibility. Renovation of five existing garages, work included demo, new siding, roofing, soffits, garage doors, service doors, insulation, drywall, mechanical and electrical. Site Work included site clearing, new parking lot, road ways, paving, Landscaping, retention area, site utilities and signage.
