Upgrade Main Drive & Circle Parking Lot

Project consisted of all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to demolish, repair and replace existing roadway and parking areas. Project also add new roadway at one location and construction / Reconfiguration of an existing 84 stall parking lot into a new 119 stall parking lot at the VA Medical Center, Saint Cloud, Minnesota.

Work included milling/reclaiming of existing asphalt and concrete, removal of buried concrete roadways, rebuilding of roadways, some new road and parking construction, installation of curb and gutter, installation of storm sewer structures, landscape restoration, and the removal and replacement of over 6,000 CY of poor soils as encountered during various phases of the project.
