Boardwalk replacement under Green Bridge

The primary purpose of this project was to upgrade the boardwalk under the Green Bridge located within the City of Bradenton, FL. This project required the removal of the existing boardwalk deck boards and installation of approximately 3,615 Sq. Ft of new composite decking materials for the boardwalk. The project also included removal and replacement of approximately 585 linear feet of pressure treated railing with new pressure treated top, middle, and bottom rails, along with a new composite decking material top plate. 2×10 stringers were replaced and 2×10 blocking was added. The property is owned by the City of Bradenton and is maintained by the Department of Public Works and Utilities, Landscape and Grounds Division.
