Water & Sewer Project

The project involves installation of over 3,700’ new potable water line connection to the City of St. Cloud municipal water system by wet-tapping by open-cutting and directional drilling including installation of new fire hydrants, shut-off valves and RPZ’s, replacement / repair of 37 main water shut-off valves, replacement over 900’ of sanitary lines, repaired over 4,200’ of sanitary sewer lines by CIPP (Cured-in-Place), repaired and rehabilitated wet well and lift station, parking lots repairs, roadways repairs, sidewalk repairs, and over 7 acres of turf re-establishment.
