Renovate existing convenience store to I.B.E.W. training facility

The project consisted of complete interior demolition and renovation including: vinyl tile, carpet and ceramic tile flooring; interior walls and acoustical ceilings; interior moveable partitions; mechanical and electrical systems; custom millwork and countertops, interior and exterior doors, frames and hardware. Project also consisted complete exterior renovation including EIFS system to exterior walls; exterior illuminated signage.
