Island Oasis Addition

This project included providing materials, equipment and labor to construct the new 6,100 SF addition to serve as a pharmacy, laundry mat, retail area and pharmacy retail area. The new addition was constructed on the East side of the existing convenience store and also included future build-out space for a coffee shop. Drive thru access for the pharmacy and future coffee shop were also constructed along with a masonry exterior sitting area. Work included layout, excavation, site work, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, framing, roofing, electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and all interior/exterior finishes.
