Renovate Building 315 for Surgery Simulation Center

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete project: Interior demolition and renovation of 1st floor of Building 315 for surgery simulation center. Project included extensive asbestos abatement including all floors, duct-work mastic/insulation, and all plumbing insulation throughout the entire building. Project also included flooring, glass wall systems, medical gas piping & fixtures, mill work, counter tops, doors and hardware, and finishes. Additional work performed included renovation of auditorium and lobby area for training purposes.
