Correct B452 SPS GAP Deficiencies
Project consisted of the removal of portions of existing interior finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems and the necessary removal of existing structures. Renovation and new construction activities to correct current building gap deficiencies, correct functional arrangement deficiencies at the existing building loading dock door area, enclose existing loading dock, installation of a new exterior stair system and the relocation of electrical door operator devices as necessary. This project also included changes to the building’s interior and roof to accommodate additional new HVAC duct work, HVAC equipment, HVAC controls and roof mounted exhaust equipment and all other related assemblies as well as the necessary removal, storage and re-installation of equipment and necessary components. Overall work area was approximately 5,184 square feet.
