Convert Fluorescent Lighting to LED, Building 1

This project included replacement of all interior fluorescent 2 and 4 tube ceiling mounted fluorescent fixtures with LED fixtures. This project consisted of replacement of all of the lights from the Basement to the 10th floor in Building 1 (main hospital), and all of the lights in Building 1 that were not being taken care of by another construction project at the Iowa City VA Health Care System. All existing light fixtures were replaced with a new LED fixture. Phasing for this project was on a room-by-room basis and included nights and weekend work, as necessary.
