Furnished all labor, materials, equipment, temporary protection, and qualified supervision to renovate and upgrade approximately 8,000square feet of existing space on the 5th Floor, Building 1 at Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Michigan. This project was a three-phased project. Phase 1 being a complete demolition/ACM abatement of existing offices and renovating to new offices and a conference room. Phase 2 was renovating the existing director’s suite including electrical and mechanical upgrades. Phase 3 was complete demolition ACM abatement of existing offices, renovating to new office space, and upgrading the corridor finishes.
