#94 South Water Tower Repair

Upgraded and repaired 200,000-gallon multi-column elevated water storage tank in accordance with plans and specifications. Work included cleaning and debris removal; installation of lightning protection and grounding systems, flapper valves, manways, riser piping, ladders, railing, safety grating, drain valves, signage, liquid level indicators, and cathodic protection; anchor bolt adjustment; sealing of interior un-welded roof seams, lead-based paint removal and disposal, and application of interior and exterior coating systems.
