Gladstone Armory Renovations – Phase 2

Completed membrane roof replacement of armory and added secondary roof drains. Replaced hot water boiler and all near boiler piping, replaced gas water heaters with boiler mate, replaced portions of domestic water, removed (4) four large capacity unit ventilators and added a rooftop unit to serve the drill hall, replaced heaters in vehicle storage, added unit ventilator in multipurpose space, added finned tube radiation in platoon offices and upgraded electronic controls.
