Realign Rehab Department and Construct Pain Center

This project consisted of the renovation of existing clinic space to construct a new Pain, Physical and Occupational Therapy Clinic on the Minneapolis VAHCS campus. Project included demolition, removal, and disposal of the following: existing piping, valves, insulation, HVAC ductwork, electrical systems, equipment, walls, ceiling, flooring, and doors. New construction consisted of new walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, and finishes. Project spaces include the construction of offices, exam rooms and waiting areas. This was a four-phase project, and it included a full kitchen, therapy bull pen, exercise room, multiple offices, and exam rooms, and two patient waiting areas.
